I am delighted to welcome all visitors to this website. On behalf of the Board of Trustees, Governing Council, Management, Staff and Students of Capital City University, Kano I invite all to be patient and take few minutes to navigate through the various sections and study the content.

Capital City University, Kano currently offers 30 degree programmes in 22 departments across 3 faculties and 1 college at its Dawaki Road and Civic Center campuses.
The University has a dedicated 100 hectares of land that will house its permanent campus, located about 15 minutes’ drive from Kano City at Warawa Local Government Area of Kano State. For the purpose of take off, the University will operate on two campuses which are Civic Centre and Dawaki Road campuses. These sites are within 30 minutes’ walk, all located in the Kano metropolitan.
The campus is divided into 3 three different blocks, the Administrative block, Departments block and the triple “L” complex: is divided into three levels, the ground floor accommodate physical and life science laboratories, the second floor has the lecture rooms including some of the head of departments offices and the last floor provides accommodation for library complex.
Civic Centre is the second campus of the Capital City University, Kano. It accommodate the office of the Dean, Faculty of Science and computing. Additionally nursing is also allocated at the Civic Centre.

No, we have flexible payment plans that provides options for the payment of tuition fees; 100%, 50-50 and 50-25-25. Other
payment plans are negotiable.
Each session consists of two semesters.
