The investiture of the university Chancellor, His Royal highness the Emir of Zazzau Alhaji Ahmed Nuhu Bamali and inauguration of the University Governing Council, the event which held on the 8th of February 2020.
The occassion was graced by dignitries from across the country and the globe, the event which started at about 10.00am with the arrival of guest which was followed with the procession into the university auditorium around 11.00am and the programme started with openning prayers, the National anthem, then the introduction of the various dignitries before proceeding to speeches from dignitries. On behalf of the University administration, I equally congratulate the people of Kano, the North and the nation at large for having some illustrious sons and daughters who conceived and promoted the birth of another private university in this part of the country with very clear mission of narrowing the educational and intellectual gap. I join all to pray to the Allahu SWT to reward them abundantly and sustain their resource and efforts in pursuing this noble goal.
