Capital City University shall have Convocation as one of its statutory organs.

 Convocation.

The Chancellor is the Chairman at all meetings of Convocation when he is present and when he is not present the Vice-Chancellor shall act as Chairman of Convocation. The Convocation of the Capital City University have the functions of awarding certificates, diplomas and degrees, both undergraduate and postgraduate of the University.
